Merton Uplift is an integrated Primary Care Mental Health service accessible to anyone living in the borough of Merton or registered with a Merton GP who are 18 years and over.

Antidote is the UK’s only LGBT+ run and targeted drug, alcohol and chemsex support service – whether you (or someone you know) wants to quit, are thinking of cutting down, or if you’d just like some support or advice about playing more safely.

MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ) people. The Online Live chat is open to all during the following hours:


Every Monday 3-5pm (provided by volunteers who are primarily People of Colour)

Every Tuesday 3-5pm (provided by volunteers who are primarily Trans/Non-binary)

Every Wednesday 3-5pm (general LGBTQ support)
